Abstract

В статье освещаются теоретические проблемы воспроизводства трудового потенциала на транспорте в условиях его реформирования. Предложена авторская трактовка понятия человеческого капитала. Раскрыты особенности железнодорожного транспорта, необходимые для формирования, подготовки и стимулирования персонала. Определены мотивационные факторы, стимулирующие повышение производительности и качества труда на железнодорожном транспорте.
