Modern trends in managing of regional network of Ukrainian banks

Abstract

The major trends in managing of regional network of Ukrainian banks are researched in the paper. The author analyzed the dynamics of quantity of bank branches in Ukraine during 2010-2012 and identified, that tendency to reduce the number of branches we have seen during the 2008-2010 is transforming now. Banks is gradually expanding their branch network and optimizing the activities of existing structural units. In the article has been considered such direction to optimize the managing of bank structural units in the post-crisis period as a centralization of distribution network. Conclusions regarding future prospects and directions of bank branches optimization were formulated by the author.
