Abstract

The article presents the characteristics of the external factors that determine the level of conflict and stresovosti workforce. To these factors include: the state of socio -economic development, state social orientation of the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of social infrastructure enterprises, district, city, the ethics of the business relationship. At the present stage of development of Ukraine's economy the most important factors in the regulation of stresovosti and conflict is a state of collective socio -economic development and ethics of the business relationship.
