Abstract

В статті проаналізовано існуючі підходи до визначення поняття «розвиток персоналу» та сутність даної категорії, запропоновано авторське бачення поняття, проаналізовано моделі розвитку персоналу, виявлено їх особливості, переваги та недоліки застосування.Existing approaches to definition of the concept "personnel development" and essence of this category are analysed in article, author's vision of concept is offered, models of personnel development are analysed, their features, advantage and application shortcomings are revealed.
