Redistribution of constant expenses at freight and passenger traffic division in the conditions of introduction of speed and high-speed passenger rail transportation in Ukraine

Abstract

In article questions on inexpediency of reorganization of work of a railway transportation in the conditions of introduction of speed and high-speed railway passenger transportations which demands division of freight and passenger kinds of movement are brought up that in turn will entail redistribution of constant expenses and will be reflected in increase in tariffs at all kinds of transportations.
