Abstract

У статті розглянуті науково-практичні підходи щодо управління ефективністю машинобудівного підприємства. Надано авторське визначення економічної категорії «ефективність», розроблено концептуальну модель управління ефективністю діяльності підприємства. Запропоновано методичний підхід щодо вибору оцінних показників та проведення план-фактного аналізу.The article deals with theoretical and practical approaches to management efficiency engineering enterprise. Given the author's definition of economic categories "efficiency", a conceptual model of performance management company. The methodical approach to selecting performance indicators of efficiency and implementation plan vs. actual analysis.
