Theoretical approach is to the problem of motivation of personnel on a railway transport

Abstract

Motivation of personnel is a basic backer-up the optimum use of resources, mobilizations of present skilled potential of enterprise. The concept of motivation is considered in the article, leading reasons of workers and reasons of their weak motivation are certain, and also measures are selected, on the improvement of the system of motivation of labour on a railway transport. Motivation of personnel largely determines success of activity of organization both directly and development of economy in a country, level of welfare of people which predetermine actuality and importance of problems of motivation of personnel. Successful activity of enterprise is in a large measure provided professional work of his employees. Exactly a personnel forms the competitive edges of enterprise, instrumental in the increase of his status to the improvement of market positions, providing of effective and profitable activity, on a long-term prospect. For a railway transport it especially topically, as in industry a competition develops all stronger, a private capital conquers new market niches. In these terms a competent policy of management human capitals is the key to long-term efficiency and stability of Ukrzaliznici.
