Abstract

Досліджено та відображено роль іноземних інвестицій для економіки України, розглянуто та пояснено, що собою являє метод мультиплікаторів при визначенні вартості бізнесу. Також досліджено і розраховано значення мультиплікаторів для підприємств з різних галузей економіки України і проведено їх порівняння з підприємствами розвинутих країн. Вперше запропоновано і розраховано коефіцієнт, що дозволяє передбачити зміну мультиплікаторів у разі настання кризових явищ.In this article researched and shown importance of foreign investments for Ukraine, described and explained multiples method of comparative approach in estimation business value. Also analyzed and calculated multiples for Ukrainian enterprises of different industry sectors and comparative analyze with enterprise of mature economies are made. For the first time calculated and implemented coefficient, which allows foreseen changes in multiples in case of crisis appears.
