Abstract

The urgency of quality standard-quantitative of a commitment member’s collective of the organization in view of its three forms is proved. Uses by the head of collective sources activization of labour behaviors subordinates, workmanship by it roles of the manager, the instructor, the partner and couch for progress of a commitment subordinates with high creative potential are certain and analysed.
