Abstract

Проанализирована динамика основных показателей развития промышленности и деятельность институтов инновационного обеспечения процесса модернизации, технического и технологического обновления производств промышленности. Особое внимание уделяется Фонду реконструкции и развития Республики Узбекистан и фондам модернизации и новых технологий предприятий, необходимости стимулирования предприятий и их работников к инновационной деятельности, а также формированию механизма распределения прав на объекты интеллектуальной собственности, созданные в научно-исследовательских институтах и высших учебных заведениях Республики Узбекистан.
