Abstract

Составляется рейтинг программы, подпрограммы, проекта, подпроекта и т. п. этот критерий, дополненный рейтингами достижения частных целей, составляет интегральный критерий реализации всей программы, подпрограммы, проекта, подпроекта и т. п. (подобно рейтинговым показателям: индекс Доу-Джонса, индексы деловой активности и т. п.).
