Abstract

В статье исследуется высотное строительство как часть городской структуры, включающей основные виды жизнедеятельности людей жилище, отдых, место приложения труда. Рассмотрены положительные и негативные факторы высотной застройки в городе, выделены проблемы, требующие обязательного рассмотрения и решения. В современном мире строительства высотные здания получили большое развитие. Они являются примером того, что утилитарные потребности человечества служат мощным стимулом научно-технического прогресса, в том числе развития архитектурной науки, появления новых приемов градостроительства, архитектурно-строительных, конструктивных, инженерно-технических и управленческих решений.
