Abstract

Российская Федерация по своей площади является крупнейшей страной мира. Притом что Россия занимает одну пятую часть суши, большая часть этих территорий до сих пор не освоена. В данной статье рассмотрены новые программы, проекты, инвесторы, вклады в жилищное строительство, призванные улучшить ситуацию со строительством малоэтажного жилья. Высокая стоимость подключения к ресурсоснабжающим сетям отпугивает некоторых застройщиков, существует целый ряд проблем, без решения которых малоэтажное строительство в России развиваться не сможет. Квартиры в малоэтажных новостройках рассматриваются как альтернатива городской высотной застройке.
