Abstract

Сегодня в качестве главного приоритета мы обозначили инновационное развитие экономики. И не только потому, что государство и любое правительство должно улучшать качество жизни своих граждан, но и в силу этой сверхзадачи в сфере экономики мы просто будем последовательно, постоянно заниматься этими проблемами. Потому, что без образованного специалиста, без человека с хорошим здоровьем, живущего в хороших условиях, решать инновационные проблемы развития просто нереально и невозможно. Это наша стратегическая задача. Это необходимое, условно говоря, инфраструктурное условие для развития инноваций.
