Abstract

В статье отражены вопросы, имеющие научную и практическую направленность по разработке основ проведения реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов в условиях внедрения в структуру управления предприятием методов, основанных на процессном подходе, способствующих созданию эффективного механизма оперативного управления предприятием в конкурентной среде. Проведен анализ подходов к реструктуризации предприятий на основе концепции процессного управления.
