Abstract

В научной статье рассматривается институт попечительства в Российской империи, в частности в Оренбургском учебном округе. Показан уникальный опыт российского государства во второй половине XIX -начала XX века в Оренбургском учебном округе. Благодаря развитому институту попечительства сложились уникальные модели просвещения нерусских народов России с учетом этнической принадлежности. Это способствовало укреплению российской государственности, обеспечению национальной безопасности, соблюдению национальных интересов, интеграции полиэтничных народов в единую цивилизацию, взаимного доверия, дружбы и добрососедства.
