Abstract

Дана оценка условий и факторов развития инновационной сферы Узбекистана. Одним из объяснений невысокой эффективности действующей инновационной политики может служить слабость ее институциональной базы. Невысокий уровень востребованности наукоемкой продукции со стороны ее потенциальных потребителей объясняется, с одной стороны, их низкой платежеспособностью, заинтересованностью в импорте техники и технологий, а с другой, незавершенностью разработок до уровня внедрения или производства, а также недостаточно активной работой по совместному продвижению инновационной продукции на рынки со стороны ее производителей. Особое внимание уделяется институциональной структуре и механизмам ее функционирования. Обосновываются основные направления активизации инновационной деятельности в республике, а также их институциональное обеспечение.
