Abstract

В рамках процессного подхода обосновывается необходимость разработки специальной Стратегической программы развития инновационного предпринимательства России, взаимосвязанной с Концепцией экономико-правового регулирования отношений авторов, правообладателей при введении интеллектуальной промышленной собственности в хозяйственный оборот.
