Abstract

Предложен метод решения социально-экономической задачи на основе теории распределенных систем при проектировании жилищной застройки микрорайона. Показана возможность нахождения оптимального соотношения между этажностью жилищных и социально-бытовых зданий, площадью застройки и стоимостью земельных участков и материально-экономических затрат.
