Abstract

В контексте планируемой реформы РАН анализируются проблемы, стоящие перед формированием цельной научно-образовательной системы России: раздельное функционирование академической и вузовской науки, трудность поиска оптимального распределения научных исследований между ними, их взаимопротивопоставление. Приводятся примеры позитивного опыта создания интегративных научно-образовательных структур на Урале, в том числе с участием Института экономики УрО РАН.
