Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость разработки региональной политики федерального центра в сфере высшего образования и принятия ее в качестве правительственного документа: программы или стратегии или же федерального закона. Отсутствие такого документа снижает территориальную сбалансированность развития системы высшего образования и негативно сказывается на интегрированности народно-хозяйственного комплекса страны. Предложены приоритеты, стратегические цели региональной политики и механизмы их достижения.
