Развитие Товариществ Собственников Жилья Как Индикатор Уровня Вовлеченности Жителей В Управление Своей Недвижимостью

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются товарищества собственников жилья (ТСЖ) как наиболее перспективная форма управления многоквартирными домами. Показана их роль в формировании института самоуправления в жилищной сфере, вовлечении собственников в управление своей недвижимостью, повышении эффективности содержания и эксплуатации жилищного фонда. Особое внимание уделяется анализу проблем, возникающих в результате деятельности товариществ собственников жилья в современных условиях. Выявлены факторы, препятствующие массовому созданию и успешному функционированию ТСЖ. Доказана необходимость системных усилий по разрешению названных противоречий и проблем.
