Abstract

В условиях проведения радикальных изменений в экономике существует острая необходимость в новых инструментах и методах, способных помочь предприятиям стать более эффективными. Для многих предприятий решение этой задачи может основываться на теории и практике реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов, а также на интеграции различных методов, основанных на процессном управлении. Методы управления предприятием, основанные на процессном подходе, предназначены для улучшения основных показателей деятельности предприятия путем глубокого анализа и перепроектирования существующих бизнес-процессов.
