Abstract

В статье раскрываются основные институциональные противоречия общественно-профессиональной аккредитации (ОПА) основных образовательных программ (ООП) российских вузов. Во-первых, признание ООП образовательно-профессиональным сообществом не сопровождается определением ее принадлежности к тому или иному циклу Европейской рамки квалификаций. Во-вторых, отсутствует единое понимание ОПА как института среди представителей различных профессиональных групп. В-третьих, ОПА в России не институционализирует взаимодействие рынка образования и рынка труда. Предложен перечень мероприятий по преодолению указанных противоречий.
