Зачем Нужна Старая Институциональная Экономика, Если Есть Неоинституционализм?

Abstract

В последние годы вопросы, касающиеся методологических разногласий между старым (оригинальным) институционализмом и новой институциональной экономикой, привлекают всё большее внимание экономистов-теоретиков. Дискуссия на эту тему активно развивается и становится всё более популярной. Множество работ посвящено исследованию исторических причин и событий, обусловивших доминирование в современных учебных курсах и исследовательских практиках вузов неоклассического и неоинституционального направлений в ущерб оригинальному институционализму. В данной статье мы поставили задачу продолжить дискуссию, напомнив читателю некоторые общие моменты, характеризующие различия между методологией исходного институционализма и неоинституциональной школы, и сосредоточившись, в частности, на разъяснении понятия трансакции как единицы экономической деятельности и последствий, к которым привела его неверная трактовка, для институционального анализа.
