Влияние Технологий На Экономическое Развитие В Контексте Неявного Знания И Институтов

Abstract

Технический прогресс является одним из важнейших факторов экономического развития. Взаимосвязь между экономическим развитием и накоплением и использованием знаний представляется очень важной в контексте эволюции институтов. Техника это знания, даже если не каждое знание можно обратить в технику. Развитие и повсеместное проникновение техники и информационных технологий сопровождается изменением институциональной среды общества. В свою очередь институты определяют, какая технология получит развитие и применение, надежно укоренившись в обществе, а какая будет заблокирована. Координационная функция институтов тесно связана с формированием и использованием неявного знания. Ценность неявного знания заключается в возможности аккумулирования информации, которая является источником и результатом экономических и социальных обменов. Институты как социальные технологии и собственно технологии, используемые в производстве, взаимосвязаны, прежде всего, благодаря механизмам экономических обменов, которые способствуют как созданию неявного знания, так и использованию последнего в процессе предпринимательской и инновационной деятельности.
