Элементы Методологии Применения Аналитических Процедур В Риск-Ориентированном Аудите Бухгалтерской (Финансовой) Отчетности

Abstract

Автором проанализированы существующие тенденции развития рынка аудиторских услуг и связанные с ними проблемы развития методологии аудита. В связи с этим обосновывается необходимость разработки усовершенствованного методологического подхода к применению аналитических процедур в аудите. В статье описаны элементы методологического подхода к разработке, проведению и оценке результатов аналитических процедур в рамках аудита бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности. Предлагаемая методология предназначена для использования при выполнении задания по аудиту с применением риск-ориентированного подхода. Элементами предложенного методологического подхода являются метод анализа-синтеза, декомпозиция методологии анализа-синтеза применительно к каждому этапу аудита, сочетание приемов количественного и качественного анализа в рамках трехступенчатого алгоритма «анализ-синтез», комбинация позитивного и нормативного анализа, алгоритм оценки риска существенных искажений, целевая функция бизнеса, теория жизненного цикла организации.
