Abstract

На современном этапе развития общества многие государства, вне зависимости от уровня экономического развития и рыночной ситуации, апеллируют к необходимости установления государственно-частного партнерства. Прежде всего сотрудничество возникает в тех сферах, за которые государство традиционно несет ответственность это объекты общего пользования (транспортная, коммунальная, социальная инфраструктура, жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство и др.). Бурное развитие многообразных форм государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) во всех регионах мира, их широкое распространение в самыхразных отраслях экономики позволяют трактовать эту форму взаимодействия государства и бизнеса как характерную черту современной экономики. Развивающееся партнерство, в отличие от традиционных административных отношений, создает свои отношения собственности и методы управления ею. Проекты ГЧП представляют собой особую конфигурацию интересов и взаимодействий партнеров.
