Особенности Развития Институтов Внутреннего Рынка Труда В Отечественных И Зарубежных Вузах

Abstract

В статье реализован сравнительный анализ развития институтов внутреннего рынка труда в университетах развитых (США, Великобритания) и развивающихся (Китай, Россия) стран, в результате чего выявлены значимые для современного этапа инновационных прорывов составляющие: финансовая ответственность и экономическая продуктивность вуза, вовлеченность работника, академическая свобода исследователя, что позволило обосновать тезис о целесообразности преодоления неформальной доминанты регламентов и правил во внутриорганизационных системах занятости отечественных вузов и постепенной институционализации формальных процедур, а также конкурсных механизмов распределения ресурсов и карьерных возможностей во внутренней среде с учетом скорости адаптации различных групп академического персонала к изменениям и адекватной потребностям высшей школы дифференциации академического труда.
