Правовые Основы Банковских Операций С Драгоценными Металлами

Abstract

В статье приведены результаты анализа генезиса правовых основ деятельности коммерческих банков России с драгоценными металлами на внутренних и международных рынках, показано детерминирующее положение государственно-правовых актов и нормативных документов Центрального банка РФ в нормативно-правовой системе, регламентирующей банковские операции с драгметаллами с использованием лицензий и других разрешительных документов; охарактеризованы правовые нормы, регламентирующие некоторые наиболее распространенные в практике операции и услуги банков, предоставляемые клиентам с использованием драгоценных металлов, в физических металлах, обезличенных металлах, металлических счетах, а также правовые нормы, регулирующие порядок определения цен на драгоценные металлы.
