Abstract

В современных условиях региональная банковская деятельность приобрела особое экономическое значение, что связано с необходимостью адаптирования банков к стратегии социально-экономического развития регионов. Банковская система России и ее взаимодействие с региональной экономикой являются ведущими факторами устойчивого экономического развития страны. Региональные показатели банковской активности и концентрации банковского капитала в значительной степени определяют перспективы развития экономики регионов, создавая предпосылки для инвестиционной активности и повышения уровня жизни населения. В статье исследуется роль региональных банковских систем в экономическом развитии страны. Выявляются существующие проблемы развития и функционирования современных региональных банковских систем. Предложены меры для их эффективного функционирования.
