Механизмы Воспроизводства Индивидуального И Общественного Капитала В Условиях Институциональных Изменений

Abstract

Воспроизводство индивидуального и общественного капиталов выступает императивом перехода на траекторию устойчивого развития российской экономики, поскольку обеспечивает (при прочих равных условиях) реализацию возможностей, определяемых ее ресурсным потенциалом, генотипом, эволюционирующим в условиях институциональных изменений. Механизмы воспроизводства капитала, встраиваемые в архитектуру инновационной экономики, в большинстве своем, реализуются в суженном масштабе, видоизменяются и «мутируют», особенно в условиях неустойчивости экономического развития, кризисных явлений, что обусловливает появление и тиражирование неэргодичных форм их существования.
