Анализ Финансирования Деятельности По Сохранению Биоразнообразия

Abstract

В механизме сохранения биоразнообразия важнейшим звеном являются особо охраняемые природные территории (ООПТ) [3]. Практически во всех странах мира ООПТ относятся к объектам общенационального достояния и представляют собой участки земли или моря, специально выделенные для сохранения и поддержания биоразнообразия, природных и ассоциированных ресурсов и управляемые на основе законодательства и иными эффективными средствами [6]. С целью понимания основных направлений международной сети охраняемых территорий, принципов и источников их финансирования, и конечно, возможности использования в России этой части мирового опыта, рассмотрим кратко общее состояние системы ООПТ мира.
