Abstract

В связи с невозможностью российской экономики развиваться быстрыми темпами в сложившейся энергоемкой и материалоемкой структуре, обоснована необходимость формирования государственной промышленной политики, нацеленной на развитие наукоемких производств, способных обеспечить в будущем отечественной экономике создание продукции, конкурентоспособной на мировом рынке.
