Abstract

Статья посвящена выяснению роли институционального обеспечения конкурсных торгов. В ней указывается на целесообразность определения специфичности институциональной организации конкурса в коммерческих структурах. Речь идет о борьбе с коррупцией на основе институциональных изменений, тестирования, диагностирования законов на коррупциогенность в конкурсе, а также правомерности и своевременности вмешательства государства в рыночную экономику посредством эффективных институциональных рычагов.
