Abstract

Автор статьи задаётся вопросом, возможно ли российской экономике вырваться из порочного замкнутого круга "бедность несвобода бедность", который, несмотря на усилия реформаторов, постоянно циклически воспроизводится. Главную причину провала российских социально-экономических реформ 90-х г.г. автор видит в том, что преобразования, идущие "сверху", не получили поддержку со стороны народа. В статье осуществлён анализ институтов, характерных для российского общества, с точки зрения их влияния на восприятие гражданами реформаторских начинаний.
