Abstract

Южный федеральный округ (ЮФО) занимает территорию 589,2 тыс. км 2 или 3,5% территории Российской Федерации. Данный округ, по сравнению с другими макрорегионами (МР, располагает значительным экономическим потенцииалом, который способен к динамичному развитию при реализации соответствующих мер по стимулированию этого процесса, но до настоящего времени используется недостаточно эффективно. Об этом свидетельствует рейтинг ЮФО среди макрорегионов (мр) РФ [4, 6].
