Макроэкономические Приоритеты Региональной Динамики

Abstract

В концептуальном аспекте для теоретического анализа исследуемой проблемы необходима специальная характеристика экономического статуса региона как специфического субъекта национальной макроэкономики. В этом аспекте особого внимания заслуживают предпосылки пространственно-экономической локализации производственных ресурсов (в границах региона), основные признаки его экономической субъектности, функциональная структура валового регионального продукта, особенности институционализации региональных управленческих структур. Своеобразным «фильтром» процесса региональной экономической рефлексии выступает инвестиционный климат в данном регионе, который сегодня трудно признать благоприятным, о чем свидетельствуют слабая защищенность прав инвесторов, повышенный уровень налогов, инфляционная деформация, бюрократические препятствия, коррупционная составляющая, усиливающаяся тенденция к монополизации.
