Цикличность Динамики Собираемости Налогов

Abstract

Наряду с показателями, характеризующими сиюминутное или чуть запаздывающее состояние экономики, существуют те, которые эту характеристику определяют позже, a posteriori, через значительный промежуток времени. К ним принадлежит, в частности, собираемость налоговых поступлений физических лиц. В этой связи сравнение текущих показателей и показателя, запаздывающего на некоторую постоянную времени, могло бы принести новые и интересные результаты, важные для определения постоянной времени экономической системы, инерционности экономического развития.
