Abstract

Одним из важнейших условий решения задач повышения эффективности производства является планомерное совершенствование структуры сельского хозяйства в существенной степени зависящая от научно-технического прогресса, оказывающее определяющее воздействие на ускорения перехода к интенсивному типу расширенного воспроизводства. Важнейшей особенностью современного этапа научно-технического прогресса в сельском хозяйстве Северо-Кавказских республик состоит в осуществлении широкомасштабной технологической модернизации отрасли. Научно-технический прогресс в качестве структурообразующего фактора сельского хозяйства действует многопланово.
