Невозможность Исполнения Как Основание Прекращения Гражданско-Правового Обязательства

Abstract

Невозможность исполнения как правовой институт не состоит только из норм ст. 416 ГК РФ, поскольку таковые всего лишь устанавливают правовую возможность прекращения обязательства невозможностью исполнения как одного из оснований прекращения обязательств. Но она должна иметь конкретное выражение в нормах права для того, чтобы возможно было применять данные нормы права в действительности.
