Abstract

Экономистов-аналитиков со всех сторон обступают многочисленные хозяйственные и производственные неурядицы, которым в диссертацион ных исследованиях щедро присваивается статус «актуальных экономиче ских проблем». Но именно поэтому очень важно каждый раз строго опреде ляться с трак тов кой этого, объединяющего экономистов, понятия «экономическая проблема». Если же мы не будем проверять каждую проблему на предмет ее реальной «экономичности», то возникает опасность под видом ана лиза «экономических проблем» попусту тратить время на бесполезное обсуждение внепредметных (то есть околоэкономических) проблем. И тогда многие, ожидающие помощи от экономистов, испытают оп равданное раз очарование, а эффективность усилий самих экономистов окажется ми ни маль ной.
