Abstract

В настоящее время все больший интерес вызывают современные направления экономико-математического моделирования и математического инструментария актуальных экономических исследований с позиций прогнозирования регионального экономического развития. При разработке стратегий, стратегическом анализе количественные методы с использованием эконометрических моделей сочетаются с качественным анализом, оперирующим такими категориями, как «некодифицируемые знания», опирающимся на данные о местных институтах, устоявшихся обычаях, нормах, о создании нового типа «самообучающихся» предприятий в регионах в рамках делового сообщества.
