Статическое Построение Баланса Коммерческих Банков И Его Динамическая Оценка В Секторальном Делении Финансового Рынка

Abstract

В статье автором предложена статическая модель построения баланса коммерческих банков, основанная на синергии двух принципов группировки статей: ликвидности и экономического содержания операций. При этом предполагается выделение следующих секторов привлечения ресурсов и их размещения: межбанковский; корпораций, товариществ и малого предпринимательства; частных предпринимателей, домохозяйств и населения; ценных бумаг и финансовых инструментов; инвестиций. Авторская концепция формирования структуры баланса позволяет проводить оценку банка на различных секторах финансового рынка, степени рефинансирования и трансформации привлеченных источников при их размещении. Применение методов качественного и количественного анализа банковских операций и их ликвидности позволяет контролировать динамику финансовых потоков и оперативно реагировать на изменение происходящих бизнес-процессов.
