Abstract

В настоящее время нет общепризнанной методики устойчивости, позволяющей дать адекватную стоимостную оценку всех трех видов капиталов. Наиболее конструктивный подход к теоретическому и практическому решению этой проблемы был первоначально разработан английскими учеными Д. Пирсом и Дж. Аткинсоном и потом был развит совместно со специалистами Всемирного Банка (К. Гамильтон, Д. Диксон и др.). Предлагаемый авторами новый взгляд на богатство народов в инструментальном плане воплощен в индексе «истинных сбережений» (genuine savings), являющимся интегральным индикатором устойчивого развития.
