Abstract

Институциональные противоречия и ловушки переходного периода Автор обосновывает актуальность и адекватность эволюционно-институциональной методологической программы для анализа состояния экономических систем, порождённого транзитивными процессами. Определяя переходный период как период смены базовых, системообразующих институтов общества, для которого характерно институциональное неравновесие, автор разграничивает этапы переходного периода в судьбе страны, с экспликацией на российскую экономику. Далее в статье обозначены основные закономерности процесса институциональной динамики, которые сегодня являются насущными вопросами практически для всех стран, и перечислены некоторые так называемые трансформационные ловушки, ставшие серьёзными проблемами для всех субъектов экономики в период реформ.
