Abstract

Рынок зерна обладает несомненными достоинствами по сравнению с другими формами организации экономических отношений, так как рыночный механизм естественным образом без приказов и команд соединяет интересы производителей зерна и его потребителей, продавцов и покупателей, материально заинтересовывает производителей в удовлетворении потребностей населения в хлебопродуктах, которые выражаются через спрос. Под влиянием рыночных процессов происходит естественный отбор тех товаропроизводителей, которые способны эффективно осуществлять выпуск, продвижение, обмен, потребление хлебопродуктов по равновесным ценам. Рынок освобождает народное хозяйство от дефицита товаров и услуг, поскольку это противоречит экономическим интересам всех участников рынка, сокращает расходы, возникающие во времени между появлением потребности и ее удовлетворением, решает основные социально-экономические проблемы, повышая уровень жизни населения, улучшает структуру питания [4].
