Abstract

Логическая интерпретация вопроса обусловливает целесообразность исследования экономико-исторических аспектов становления современных земельных отношений, поскольку «в научном наследии классиков есть нетленные положения, методологические подходы, теоретические выводы», которые представляются «надежным ключом в руках современного специалиста» [8, с. 5]. «Экологическая и, прежде всего, природно-ресурсная проблематика, справедливо указывает в этой связи Н.В. Пахомова, не является чем-то абсолютно новым для экономической науки. Исторически данные вопросы стали изучаться в контексте анализа экономического роста и его ограничителей» [9, с. 173].
