Abstract

В современной экономической литературе наряду с понятиями «трудовые ресурсы», «совокупный работник», «рабочая сила» и т.д. используется понятие «трудовой потенциал», определяемый как «интегральная характеристика количества, качества и меры совокупной способности к труду, которой измеряются возможности отдельного человека, различных групп людей, трудоспособного населения в целом по участию в общественно-полезной деятельности и достижению целей социально-экономического развития при данном уровне развития производительных сил и степени зрелости общественных и, прежде всего, производственных отношений.
