Abstract

В статье на основе научного анализа приводится критическая оценка и раскрывается взаимосвязь понятий конкуренция и конкурентоспособность экономики. Используя предложенную автором трактовку, предлагается проводить экономическую оценку конкурентоспособности различных уровней управления экономикой, а также организовать контроль за поддержанием необходимого уровня конкуренции. Кроме того, подчеркивается необходимость настройки экономического механизма хозяйствования на решение системы социальных проблем общественного развития, определяющих качество жизни.
